Other Payment Methods
One of the other main payment methods for RVS is utilizing an online credit
card processor. These allow customers to register through the provider to pay
online, and the provider then sends the payment information to you to record
into Mosaics.

Specific features will differ between the providers, but they typically fall
into one of the following categories:

Simple - The basic level of integration. You upload balances to
the provider and the customers can pay online. Your payment provider will
send you a file listing all the payments made to them and you will enter
them into Mosaics.

Full - An intermediate level of integration. You upload balances
to the payment provider and your customers can pay online. You can then
download a file from the payment provider that contains all recent online
payments and post it to your system through an RVS Utility.

Realtime - The highest level of integration. You upload your
balances to the payment provider and your customers can pay online. The
payment provider will automatically send back payments they receive to
your system (typically checked every 10 minutes). These go into a preview
panel where you can then post them to accounts after confirming everything
looks okay.

E-Billing - An addition to the online payments that is provided
by some of the online payment providers. This allows you to export a file
of digital bill information to send to your payment provider, who will
then in-turn email your customers a digital copy of the bill.
