My Deposit Tape is not showing the payments that I've entered.

Don't worry, once you've entered payments they are in your system. The Deposit Tape is simply a log of the payments entered during your active RVS Session and can get cleared out unintentionally if the program quits unexpectedly, or other similar reasons. If this happens, go to your Reports -> Alternate Reports -> Payment Register and run it as "Tape Style".
Payment Register Options
This should reprint your payments in a format similar to the Deposit Tape. If the payments still do not show up here, please call RVS Support for assistance.

Its the end of the month but I'm not done with last month yet.

Don't worry, you can use the Calender Icon Calendar Icon to backdate your system and finish the month. We recommend that you date to the final day of the month while you work in this situation.

My late fees are not showing up on customer accounts.

Late fees are not automatically added on the date of your late day. Instead, Mosaics needs to read each account to see if it still has a past-due balance by that time. Typically, this is done by running a report, so you may not notice that it happens. We recommend that you run your Late Charge Report each month on your late day to ensure that this process gets done. If your customers do not have late fees but should, and the customer screens show that the due date has already advanced to the next month, you will need to call RVS Support so we can assist you in resetting the due date and getting the fees applied.

I opened the program and it says "No Company Data Found".

Most of the time this is caused by a network issue. Please ensure that your computer has access to the location your Water.RVS (or similar) file is located. If you are connected, you may just need to simply repath the program to that file location, which you can do by progressing through the prompts in the "No Company Data Found" pop-up. If you get a Runtime Error when trying to open the file here, then its likely that the database has gotten out of sync across your network. This can be remedied by running a program called DBRepair2k.exe in your C:/Program Files (x86)/RVS Mosaics folder, and selecting your database file. If this still doesn't work, or you need any further assistance, please call Support for help.
