Non-Metered Readings
Occasionally, you may have customers that do not have a metered service, but
still receive a flat monthly fee. RVS Mosaics refers to these as "Non-Metered
Accounts". To set a customer as a non-metered account, you will first want
to navigate to their Customer Info page (under
Lookup Customer).
There you will click on the drop-down next to
14. Control
and set
it to 70-Non-Metered
. This tells RVS that the customer does not
need a meter reading each month. Instead, you will asses their charges by
going to Alternate Menu > Process Non-Metered Accounts
each month.
Follow along with the steps that pop up on screen. After the non-metered
accounts are processed it will give you the option of printing a report to
the screen listing each non-metered account and how much they were charged
this month.
