Pathing To Your Data
After ensuring your database is properly shared out on your host computer, you will need to make sure it is accessible on the workstation. The simplest way to do so is to go into File Explorer and type in the database's path into the address bar. If everything is configured properly you should see the contents of your *\RVSData\WaterDB folder. If not, you may need to consult with an IT professional.

After installing RVS on the workstation and launching the program for the first time, you will see some pop-ups asking you about your company data files. Select No through all three options and then navigate to the database directory on the host computer.

Occasionally Windows updates may cause your computer to forget the path to the database. If this happens, try these steps to reconnect your program. In some instances Windows may ask you for Network Credentials to access the database. If you do not know this information you will need to consult with your IT personnel.
