EOM Backup
After running all of your necessary reports, the next step in the EOM Process is to run an End of Month Backup. This is done in the File -> Backup Data menu. You will select the option 3. EOM Backup. Next you will want to click Browse and select the save location for your copy of the backup file. We highly recommend that you save a copy to an external device such as a flash drive to better protect against data loss. Finally you will click Start Backup to begin the backup process.
